We are happy to announce that we are registered with the Home Office for the legal representatives same day service at the Croydon Public Enquiry Office.

We are now in a position to submit client’s cases directly to the UK Border Agency (UKBA) each week on the days on which the slots are allocated to us.

The UKBA will make a decision on straightforward immigration applications on the same day.

Our fees for submitting your application through same day service are detailed at the bottom of this page.

Book in advance: If you want to use the same day service you should instruct us and book for the service well in advance. You should book at least two weeks in advance. We will then inform you the week in which we will be taking your case to the UKBA.

Advantages of using same day service:

• No need for you to book an appointment with the Home Office, UKBA.
• Slots available on a weekly basis
• No need to travel: There is no need for the clients to travel to the Home Office so they can avoid the related hassles and difficulties.
• No need to visit our office: The clients are not required to visit our office. They may send the documents in a secure envelope by Special Delivery post. We will also return the documents by special delivery post.
• No need to take leave from your job
• Application will be completed and compiled by a Solicitor
• Legal representative will submit the application to the UKBA.
• Same day decision by UKBA: In straightforward cases the decision will be made on the same day and passports will be endorsed appropriately.
