Our business continuity arrangements during the current COVID-19 (Coronal virus) pandemic are detailed below. We are giving priority to the wellbeing and pastoral care of all our people and also committed to work effectively so that we can continue delivering the excellent services to our clients. We are operating on a ‘Business as Usual’ basis and are confident we can continue to do so.
Currently, our office is open, however, to comply with the government recommendations, remote home working is being recommended where possible and unnecessary travel has been stopped. We will contact our clients and discuss of what arrangements should be made in order to deal with any necessary face to face meetings, if it is essential.
We are keeping this evolving situation under review and will always strive to act in the best interests of our colleagues and customers. We will update this message regularly.
Our robust infrastructure and technology allow us to operate the business as usual with all necessary support for our staff and clients during exceptional circumstances like this. We will be making use of our existing virtual meeting and conferencing facilities and accessing all correspondence electronically.
